Sexy Canna Cookies

These cookies embody the seductive elements of each ingredient. Cannabis is known to get the ole’ engine revving by encouraging inhibition activated by cannabinoids, increasing pleasure, and decreasing stress. Chocolate is loaded with antioxidants and is said to help with mood and intimacy, and ginseng enhances our brain power, fights fatigue, and perks things up all around.

• 10 oz canna butter, at room temperature
• 2 cups sugar
• 2 large eggs
• 1 tbp vanilla extract
• ³⁄₄ cup Dutch process cocoa powder
• 2 cups all-purpose flour
• 1 tsp baking soda
• ¹⁄₂ tsp salt
• 6 oz chocolate chips for the middle of the cookie
• 1 tbp Indian Ginseng

Yields 2 ½ dozen


STEP 1: Preheat oven to 350°F.

STEP 2: In a large bowl, add the butter and sugar, and cream together with a hand mixer.

STEP 3: Add the eggs and vanilla extract to the creamed mixture and mix until combined.

STEP 4: In a medium bowl, mix the cocoa powder, flour, baking soda, ginseng and salt.

STEP 5: Slowly add the dry ingredients and continue mixing until incorporated.

STEP 6: Roll the dough into 2 logs that are about 2-inches high and 1-foot long.

STEP 7: Wrap them in waxed paper and place in the refrigerator for 2 hours.

STEP 8: Once thoroughly chilled, slice the cookies into ¹⁄₂-inch thick rounds and place a couple chocolate chips in the middle.

Place on a parchment paper lined cookie sheet and bake for 10 minutes.

STEP 10: Remove to a wire rack to cool.
